FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is parking like in the area? 

There is street parking that is metered on weekdays 8am-6pm, and free on weekends on Madison Avenue and Superior Street, alongside the building. There is also a parking garage across the street from the Superior St. entrance at 334 N Superior St, Toledo, OH 43604. It is typically $2 for an hour, or $6 for 4 hours. Event rates at this garage are typically $10 if there is an event taking place at the Huntington Center. 

What is required to book? 

On our booking page, you can select a date, make a payment, and agree to our terms and conditions. You’ll be all set and will receive an email from us with confirmation, as well as details and instructions on how to access the space before your session. We require payment in full at the time of booking. 

What if I break something? 

Please notify us right away at 4197084089 or 4193604749 if anything is broken, ripped, stained, or damaged. We understand accidents happen, but we want to do our best to keep our space in the best shape for the next users. We will assess the damage and bill for any necessary repairs or replacements.


If I am looking to book a photoshoot in the studio, how should I do that? 

The owners of the studio, Janell and Eden, are both full time photographers and would love to work with you and set up a photo session! Reach out to us via our websites to book a session!

How private is the space? 

The space is located 1/2 a floor above street level, it is the only business on that floor of the building but there are other businesses on the upper floors of the building with people typically there M-F 9-5:00pm. There are curtains on all of the windows that can be closed for privacy, and the door can be locked from the inside. There are cameras in the space for security purposes and are only accessible by Eden and Janell and only referenced if an issue arises. There is a bathroom/changing room in the suite as well if additional privacy is needed. 

How many people am I allowed to have in the space at one time? 

We are currently capping the limit to 20 people at any one time for liability reasons. 

All payments are nonrefundable, but you can reschedule your booking to a future date/time up to 24 hours before your booking. 

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
